Well actually kids aren't supposed to get strapped into the carseat with their jacket on...it's really unsafe.
I dont see why they'd give him more time especially if you're nursing. You can offer that he comes over and sees him, but not takes him alone until he's not nursing anymore or eating more regular food.

No it's because the straps aren't tight enough. H/o I'll link you

I don't see why they'd give him more time. Three days a week is pretty typical for non custodial parents. Also, coats aren't to be worn in the car seats because in the event of a crash, the coat will compress, leaving room between baby and the buckles, meaning baby can be ejected from the seat.

Light jackets are usually okay, so long as the straps don't have to be loosened, however, it's still safer for the coat to cover him like a blanket. We actually keep blankets in the car for my kids.

Yes they're okay as long as the straps do not need to be adjusted from normal tightness.
We keep a blanket and his winter jacket in the car. He usually likes having his winter jacket over him because he uses the hood to protect his face from the sun. He can't stand the sun in his face lol

not always true.. alot of moms try to use the BF excuse and alot of judges have stated either pump or give formula..

all she can do is keep documentation of everything.. and alot of time people just use the im taking you to court just get you to fold.. let him take you to court and stick to your guns

According to this, it sounds like he would be getting less time with the baby. Right now he gets Adam on Weds and Thurs from 4:30 to 8:30-9 and Sunday, 3:30-8:30.

I am being told that if he tries to bring me back to court, two things will happen:

Number one, the judge will see through his bs and recognize that he is more concerned with avenging me (he's constantly complaining he has to pay child support...I mean ALWAYS throws it in my face...he even referred to our son, "jokingly" as the 12,000 dollar baby.

Number two, if we cannot come to an agreement, he will receive the standard which is one day during the week and every other weekend. True or not true, does anyone know?
