Pain and can't find my ovaries?

posted 20th Dec
Had my hysterectomy in May and it went great, and the pain was gone after that. Now in October I began to have pain just below my belly button to the right, and my doctor insisted it was my gallbladder. I was under the impression that I had a bad gallbladder for the last 4 years because I had pancreatitis back in 2008 and they did a hida-scan then and my doctor at the time told me it needed to come out. Well fast forward to now..I have another hidascan done because the other doctor strangely didn't have my records(shouldn't they keep those over 4 years?) and an ultrasound on my gallbladder and both came out just fine... My gallbladder is at 75% and I have no gallstones. So here I do a colonoscopy a few weeks ago, and get this the guy who did it tells me I have excess bile due to a previous gallbladder removal. I'm at a loss at this point because I STILL HAVE MY GALLBLADDER.

So after I get blown off by the specialist, I completely changed my diet and the pain seemed to get a little better, at least part of it did. Then today I wake up with excruciating pain in my lower abdomen, same spot just more crampy than it ever was. The ER doctor did a CT scan and they can't find my ovaries. I just had my uterus and cervix removed not my ovaries. I know specifically that I still have them because after my surgery I had a few hot flashes and my doctor suggested it would be fine because I still have my ovaries. ..but now 7 months later they can't find my ovaries on a ct scan at all. Anyone know anything about shrinking ovaries after a hysterectomy?

I'm just at a loss at this point, all other tests have come back normal and my primary doctor suggested having my gallbladder removed just to see if it would help the pain, but I want to refrain from having a surgery if it's not needed.

It doesn't make any sense at all. I feel like I'm getting screwed over and no real answers. I am making an appointment with my gynecologist, hopefully he can help me..I just didn't know that ovaries could shrink after a hysterectomy at all.
