That's almost daylight robbery... your using an ambulance because your seriously ill and you get charged for it. That would make me angry too. The only thing we pay for is prescriptions, even that is not expensive though, and you get it free if you're under 16, in full time education, pregnant or had a baby in the last 12 months, on income support or disablity or over 65. Contraception prescriptions are free. Even over 65's get a free bus travel lol. What makes me angry is when people moan about our healthcare system. We're so lucky to get such an amazing standard of care 24/7 for free.

You have to be a UK or European citizen to access our healthcare. Otherwise you have to pay. Come and be British
