What are some safe protien powder when pregnant ?

ask your doc about Metamucil or just eat lots of fruits and veggies and whole grains

i do hhaha   this morning i had an apple , raisin bran, and whole wheat toast hahaha and some strawberries thats all i eat is whole wheat haha

They have a fiber drink, and a Fiber fruit bar that I really like. I just talked to my pregnant advocare friend and she said the bars did wonders for here. As well as the meal replacement shakes.
