Am I being over protective? Kind of long

So my daughter went to stay with her dad over night a week ago. When he finally got her home at 8pm (her bedtime) she had some pretty pink nail polish on she showed me. I said thats prety daddy did a good job. She said daddy didnt do it Nikki did. I said oh is nikki daddy's friend? She said yea & I left it at that. Well we went to my cousins house & we were looking at some guy she likes profile & then when I seen the guy he reminded me of my ex. Well come to find out, thats his half brother. Well we went to my ex's profile to compar the pictures of them & when his profile pic poped up it was of him & this girl. My daughter says Thats nikki. Guess what mommy nikki has hello kitty PJ's. Well red flags started going up in my head. I said how do hyou know that & she said she slept with me & daddy in the bed. 1st of all we agreed not to do things like that. She has never slept with my bf & I in the almost 4 years we have been together. 2nd she JUST met this girl & my ex just met her 2 weeks ago. They aren't even official. They are just screwing. Then after that my cousin kissed my daughter on the mouth. I told her not to do that, I didnt like it when people kissed my kids on the mouth. My daughter said well Nikki kissed me on the mouth. The reason I flip out about this is because my ex let her drink after & kiss this other girl on the mouth & she got mono at 3 years old. I tried to talk to him about it & he told me to mind my business that what he did with HIS daughter on his time was his business. I just don't
think its right. I wont let her go over there unless she is going to her grandmaws (he comes there & stays when she does) which is normaly the arrangment anyways. Am I overracting?

I would be livid, but I KNOW I am over-protective, so that probably doesn't help you much. Lol

I don't think so! I think you need to chew his ass and let him know it's unacceptable to have someone sleeping in the same bed as her, and if he is just screwing her he needs to tell her to gtfo while his daughter is around. He can see his f buddy anytime, the time with his child should be spent with her not her and his fling.

I would be really upset as well. He shouldn't be letting someone sleep in the same bed as your daughter (man or woman) or kiss her on the mouth. Its weird...

What does your custody and access order say about this kind of thing?

As much as it sucks, there is really nothing you can do about it. Especially if it is a court ordered custody agreement that you do.

i would be beyond pissed and wouldnt let my kids over there either anymore but me and my ex dont have any court order or anything i have full custody over them and i say what goes and what doesnt basically

He gets every other weekend. BUT that dumb ass isnt gonna take me back to court he owes me 2 years worth of child support. They might.slap me on the hand but he will go to jail
