And he told me I'm 21 weeks and changed my due dTe to April 30th but said that he will be schecualing my c section for a week befor that. Who all is due on this day? I am confused because my obgyn keeps telling me different things. But he said for sure I was 21 weeks.

its a day or two different, i don't think it's a big deal.

mine was changed by 8 days. (when i was 14 weeks along)

the further along you are, the less accurate a dating ultrasound is. i had a scan at 32 weeks and was measuring a week or two ahead, but it's too late to be changing due dates.

they usually don't change it unless it is more than a week different.

Well befor he changed it he said May 8th not may first like he had fisrt said. I asked how that was since I had ben told may 1st this qhole time. He said acording to my last cycle its may 8th then he asked me if I was 100% sure about my last cycle. I said yes then he said he wS going with the April 30th and that would still put me at 40 weeks. But they want to take him at 39weeks. Is it possible he will change it again?.

I got pregnant for a fact on my husbands birthday. What a birthday present huh lol. And he was measuring big. I look huge I blew up over the past 5 days like a baloon. But I'm engoying it. Except when my son plays lets see how hard I can kick mommy! Or he decides to press out to hard when I'm comfortable and I can't move. I love my lil one. Can't wait to see him.

why does he want to do a c-section?

I have to have one. I already had one c section with my other son. That and the hispital don't do vbacks anymore

My OB went by my LMP, early u/s said I was 6w1d, LMP said I was 6w even.

They'll induce me at 39w IF I don't go early again (1st was born at 36w6d and 2nd at 37w3d, both I went into labor, 1st ended in an emergency c/s, 2nd was a repeat c/s because my hospital didn't do VBACs even tho I was 6cm when I went in). My new hospital will let me try since I'm a good candidate and risks for a VBA2C and a 3rd c/s are similar.

I'd discuss your options with the surgeon when you meet to schedule your date. The reason they schedule for 39w is that they'd rather you NOT be in labor when they're doing the c/s. if you really think you're due May 8, I'd schedule it for larger in your "39th" week. If you really think you're due May 1, Apr 30 is only a day sooner so it's a difference of Apr 23 or Apr 24 for the c/s date
