Should I be worried?

Last month on the 20th I had a gall bladder removal surgery, well one small incision was made in my belly button. It was healing but randomly one day I looked and it had opened up. Tonight a stitch looks like it's coming out and my belly button was bleeding,

I would go in and see your doctor about it because if it's open it can get infected. I had my gall bladder removed shortly after my son was born too but they glued my incisions.
