Like I said. We were 15 and 16 which was technically a felony and the cops declined to persecute*. You're almost 18 and still with him, no one's going to send him to jail and leave you to raise your kid alone.

I highly doubt the cops will pursue that.
Where I'm from (Missouri) the age of consent is 16 and 17 is considered a legal adult. I was 16 and dating a 19 year old. Nobody gave a smurf.
