Each state has a different law. The age of consent ranges from 16-18 years of age.

& The statute of limitation is 5yrs. So yes, technically, he can still get in trouble for it.

Yes he could but I highly doubt they would. He could be charged with a felonh technically since he's 3 or more years older than you. Age of consent is 18 in California as is 11 other states

She cant do anything since you will be 18 when baby born. Now if you were 17 then that would be a different story. But nobody going give a care. So if she calls she'll be wasting her time and theres.

I'm not sure if this will make any difference but I got pregnant in Az while I was visiting him, that's where me and him are both from and hes living there right now while I'm here in California but when I move i'll be moving back to Arizona so I'm not sure if the law in AZ and CA are different but I guess i'll have to look into it

If there is less than a 3 year age difference, it is a misdemeanor.
If there is more than a 3 year age difference, it is a felony.

I live in Arizona. The age of consent was changed to 18 a few years ago.

Age of consent in Arizona is also 18.

But if her mom was going do that wouldnt she have call now , not wait til she was 18 ?

No, because like I said, the statute of limitations is 5 years in CA... not sure about AZ though.
