ameda Brest pump

I'm using my friends ameda double electric Brest pump but I can't figure how to increase my pumping supply with that pump. I get a steady 5 oz with my single electric evenflo pump but with her ameda double electric, which is supposed to rival medela pumps, I only get 2-2.5oz. It has two nobs for suction and speed. Her pump sounds broken com paired to mine and just doesn't seem strong enough. Has anybody else used an ameda pump or a pump with these nob options? How do you increase you output with them. I'm sure I'm supposed to be getting a lot more with this ameda pump as its a nicer one I just don't know how.

every brando f pump works differently on different people. got you find the one that works best for you!

I have an ameda and would get different amounts depending on when I pumped last, when baby ate, how often he eats etc. you should be able to adjust the knobs to set how fast you want it to pump and for each side.

My husband just surprised me with an early gift, the first years breast flow mi double electric breast pump. I was worries about the reviews but after line use I have to say I love this new pump! And I got a new diaper bag with the savings from the other pump we were looking at :-)
