Is this serious?

I started the birth control camilia and been on it for almost a month. Yesterday my ankle started hurting and it's been hurting all day and its all swollen. I know I didn't hurt it. Could this be a side effect of the birth control?


Also I had a csection 10 weeks ago. Yesterday I noticed a little blood on my underwear near where the incision is. I noticed a tiny little hole like pin head sized. It's been hurting all day too. It's too late for it to open right?

I'd be more paranoid that the swelling was a side effect of the c-section.... Is seeing a doctor an option? I only ask because sometimes people say they aren't covered by insurance and stuff
