Tracking..

Can someone feel me in? Or help me understand or teach me how to track ovulation and how to tell with my temps if im prego or ovulating. Ive been trying for over a year now but havent used all the actual methods of trying like tracking ovulation and stuff. It hasnt happened yet so i wanna try something new?. Sorry if i sound stupid.

you could use ovulation tests
from day 10 and on test every day at the same time mid afternoon works best and watch the lines
when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line you are ovulation

For temping get a basal thermometer
what you do is keep a chart and the thermometer by your bed, before you get up every morning ( try to make it around the same times) take your temp and chart it. you will see a raise before you ovulate and dip afterward and if you end up being pregnant the temp will continue to go up and stay up
if you are getting your period it will go up and then drop but dont depend on the temps to tell you if you are pregnant because that is not always the case.

Okay, so i heard you can use BC pills to regulate your cycle, and if you skip a few days or something you are more fertile. Is this true?

honestly I have never heard of that
I did mine all natural. I was TTC for 2 years.

I used b6 to regulate my cycles and took prenatals ever single day.
