It might still be slowly weaning her down. That's what mine did when I first started.

OP-if u do get a lot right now it gets way harder once it weans u down. So you do have to try harder eventually.

Oh ok I didn't know it did that. Mine gives me 1250 a day and always has.

I only ate 1300 today.
But even when I'm eating right I still can't manage to eat 1800 a day. I really don't eat that much. It's usually the chocolate that gets to me    



Ok so weird question but when I went to the doctor today they weighed me and I weighed in at 221lbs. But I was wearing jeans, 3 shirts (I don't know why, don't ask lol) and Etnies (heavy ass skate shoes)
How much do you think all of that together weighed? Because I know I weigh at least a little less than that because I was that a month ago and all my clothes are REALLY loose now.

Oh! And one more question sorry. I'm going to pull an 11 hour shift at work tomorrow and I'll be on my feet running all day. Should I count that as exercise? And if yes then how should I put it in there? And for how long?

I never added back my exercise. If I was hungry after everything I'd have a healthy snack. You really have to listen to your body. But idk why it has u at so many calories. I was 205 and it started me at 1270. Then after I lost 10 lbs it dropped me to 1200. At first I would go over to like 14-1500. But after losing 10 lbs I was a calorie counting superhero. I could stuff my face all day in under 1200 calories. An if I went over a few once In awhile it wasn't a big deal. I lost 20 lbs in 4 mos then I got preg haha

YES!   She took my blood. Said I should have the results in two days, so friday?
But she didn't seem like she believed me
