Telling work.

I've decided my last day of work before the baby comes is going to be January 30th. Should I get a note from my doctor before telling my employer?
I'll be 38 weeks that day (and by that point I already had my first)

Nope just fill out fmla paperwork.

I just told my doctor when my last day would be and they have me a note to take to work. I didn't have to fill out any fmla paperwork. My work took care of that.
