Bo and I started doing it...we made it 2 days and then decided we couldn't do it because our ceilings aren't high enough for him....   Like some of the exercises you have to jump up real high...Bo is 6'4" and our ceilings are only 7' ish. lol So he couldn't do it.

Lol I plan on doing it again though.   I did ok while doing it.... I mean, it was hard. But I did it.

LOVED IT!!! I stopped when I got pregnant, but I was ALWAYS sore and never bored cause I was always doing a different disk (there are like 10!). I always wanted to know what the next day held so it kept me busy. As well as the disks move fast! So it might be 40 minutes but you move so much and constantly changing (there are breaks for water constantly too) that by the time you realize your tired the disk is over!

Thats what I payed on amazon "used" It was brand new and still in the plastic.

To buy them off the beach body site is like $150/160!

I got mine off of craigslist for 50 bucks.
I got 3 days in and i stopped. Twice.
Its soooo hard, and I dont give myself enough time to rest and I feel sick and blah blah. I dont believe in moderation.

I believe that if I did this, it would work.
In fact, i might just have to try it again....
