How much?

I was told by my OB to start using Fenugreek to try an help boost my milk supply, so after driving around all day I was finally able to find a store that had it. But I just realized that she never told me how much or often to take it. If you took it or are taking it how much and often did/do you take it?

Mine is 610 mg per pill. I take 3 pills 3 times a day. Make sure youre drinking a lot of water
