If you had a hard time getting pregnant with your first child, (if it took a year or longer)
Did you have trouble getting pregnant the second time also??

I'm asking because before I got pregnant with my daughter, SO and I had unprotected sex for 2 years before I ended up pregnant. We weren't TTC, we just weren't doing anything to prevent it.

Now LO is 2.5 years old and I just had my IUD removed, but we don't want to TTC yet. I'm just curious since it tool a log time for me to get pregnant the first time, is it likely it will be hard when we do decide to try??
My periods were regular so I'm wondering if it might have had something to do with SO?

Took two years to get a healthy pregnancy with our first, took 6 months with our second. My cycles are very irregular, but I guess we just got lucky.

My mom had a horrible time concieving my older brother. So when they tried for me she was expecting the same. her Dr. told her to call in when she started her next cycle (they were very unusual) and they would start working on treatment. She waited and waited and waiting the one day took a test for the hell of it and she was already pregnant.

I am very regular on my cycles as in a 28 day every single month cycle and it took a year and a half to get pregnant with my Son and then 14 months when trying for #2.

I had regular cycles and it took us 3 1/2 years to conceive our son. We decided to ttc our second when Tate turned 1 because we figured it would take long again. Nope! Got pregnant our first try!

It took us a year to conceive Zachary. I literally knew nothing about ttc though. I didn't even know when you Oed. Lol. So maybe we were just doing it at the wrong time every month?! Idk. haha.

With Evan, we decided right after Zachary turned 8 months to ttc. We found out when he was 9 months old that I was pregnant. Lol.

This time doesn't really count. We still aren't sure why it took me so long to be able to sustain a pregnancy. However, I do get pregnant very easily. I have been pregnant 7 times (including this pregnancy) in 2 years. Nearly the first time every time we ttc.

It took us 2.5 years to get pregnant with our daughter. I have PCOS and my periods were nonexistent. We did one cycle of IUI and Clomid, we got pregnant with DD. We've been TTC #2 for over years now, my cycles are pretty regular. I do ovulate on my own. We have male factor issues, but I'm sure once DH has his surgery we'll get pregnant on our own right away.

I didn't have trouble getting pregnant with my first... or second... and now I am having a really hard time getting pregnant with our third :/ My periods are regular but only have been for a few months.
