Am I just paranoid or...?

Okay guys.. It's been a while since I've been on here..

I'm 14months pp and I have the paragard IUD. I had the IUD put in at my 6wks check up and I haven't had any issues with it.. Until now.

A few months ago my periods became a little irregular.. They keep coming later and later each month.. It starts off as VERY light spotting for 2-3 days.. then I start passing clots and it becomes VERY heavy and lasts 4-6 more days.. then it becomes very light again for 2-3 more days. I know that irregular periods and changed in cycles can be common with an IUD.. but there's more.

A few weeks ago while I was in the shower I noticed some white-ish/milky fluid leaking out of one of my nipples (and it has happened maybe 1-2 more times within the past two months) and it seemed very unusual to me.. I did not BF with either of my children.. My supply dried up MONTHS ago.

But there's more..

I have been very nauseous for the past few weeks.
Usually in the morning.. Right when I wake up.. and it lasts for 2-3 hours. Every now and then I will get a little nauseous out of no where and it disappears just as quickly as it came.

Things have been a little rough between me and the boyfriend lately.. Things have been really stressful in the financial department..
I talked to BD (we are still on good terms and confide in each other often, on non-sexual terms) a few days ago.. I hadn't told him anything that I have listen on here.. He said that I seemed to be very emotional and asked me if I was pregnant..

I'm not really sure what is going on.. But the fluid from my nipples and what I would call "morning sickness" has me wondering if I could be pregnant..
But I have Paragard.. Even though it is not 100% effective.. The fact that I have it makes me feel like I am just a little paranoid and something else may be going on with my body.

Has anyone else had any similar experiences? Pregnancies with an IUD? I would love to hear some feedback.

Take a test.

I haven't personally experienced it, but it is possible. I'd get checked by my dr if it keeps on.

But is there any reason you haven't taken a test yet? At least if it's neg you can rule that out and start exploring other possibilities.

I have not taken a test yet.. Yes, I know that I should take a test and that is the only way I can find out. I'm not looking for an internet pregnancy test..

I'm just looking for other people who have similar experiences and more information before I pee on a stick.

It just really bothers me that I have spent all day trying to look something up..
I haven't been on here in almost a year.. and I got on just for this.

Telling people who are looking for some more information or stories with similar experiences to take a test or "google it" is rude.

This stresses me out.

I don't really think it's rude for people to tell you to take a test or google it. Google would probably have more answers than you can get here. Plus really the only way you will be able to find out what is going on with your body is to take a pregnancy test or go to the doctors.

Either way it goes, I'd go see the doctor and get checked for pregnancy or a stomach bug or something. Just to be 100% sure.
