Hospital Bags.

I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow and I want to start preparing the hospital bag for me and the baby.
With my first, I never really got the chance to pack/use his stuff I had.
I went into labor completely unexpected and my LO was in Special care for 15 days.
So what are some must haves for both of us?
