I wonder if it's affecting your sciatic nerve somehow. That's what it sounds like. I've never heard of that though.

This happens to me. My thigh all the way down to my knee on the right side will becoome so sore it hurts to walk. And thats how I KNOW AF is on the way. I also suffer from siatica, so it gets generally worse around the time of af.

I wonder if that could be. This started when I was around 10 about a year after my periods started. In the past years since my periods regulated it's even more painful. I just have to lay around, I can't get up and do anything. I'm in a ton of pain. I've googled but I didn't find any helpful answers.

I'm not the only odd one   That's always how I know AF is coming. It'll start a day before AF. Is there anything you do to help with the pain? Any homeopathic remedies?

Lol, nope not the only odd one. Most of the time i soaked in a bath with epsolm salts. That and popped some tylenol.

I didn't realize I posted this in sex & relationships. I really shouldn't post in BG first thing in the morning. LOL

If I remember correctly from school those are menstrual cramps they are just in your leg/s. my friend never gets a menstrual cramp in her abdominal region it is strictly in her back. It's a solid constant pain.

This happens to me, both my thighs will hurt really bad the day before AF comes thats how i know its coming, then the day i get AF i have really bad cramping from my hips down that day and sometimes the next. i thought it was normal so ive never done anything about it hmmmm now i wanna know what everyone else thinks!

This happens to me too! Sometimes around ovulation and then right before my period. I get really achy around my lower back,hip,and all the way down my sciatic nerve
