dairy-free??

ok so my newest LO is needing me to eat a dairy-free diet...does anyone have any tips? Can i still have eggs?
please share your stories.

Eggs come from chickens.

Dairy comes from cows, if that helps.

Eggs are not dairy. They come from chickens.

Stay away from milk and milk products. You can buy soy cheeses and milk or even almond or coconut milk which is really good too. If you drink coffee with creamer make sure you get dairy free. The hardest part of eating dairy free IMO is no cheeses unless you use soy.
