liver issues

OK I am wondering a question about the liver.

My aunt went to see her Dr for some tests, and it came back with her liver being in a state as if she was a drinker. She said her Dr asked if she was on or had a recent drinking binge/problem.

Thing is my aunt is a non drinker. Like 100% does not drink. So they are going to send her for more testing.

Anyone know how/why or what could cause this issue? We are confused and baffled by this. And she is worried. Thanks
