Evening Primrose Oil

I know you can either swallow it or stick it in your vagina. My question is, if you go the vaginal route do you stick it as far up as you can or just a little ways? Also how does it work? Does the capsule dissolve up there? I cant imagine all that oil getting absorbed...

As far up as you can, and wear a pad bc the oil will come out when you sit up.

As far up as possible. It does dissolve. My suggestion is to do it before bed so you dont have oil running out of u

Yup

As far up as you can, and yes like someone else said, wear a pad, and do it before bed.
It does dissolve, like the outside layer of it, so it runs out.

I took it orally and up the vag. Didn't work for me, I don't guess. I had an emergency c-section before it could work.
