My little Angels Feet

I really didnt know where to post this. I make bottle cap keychains , necklaces etc..I am hanging this on my rear view window. Its a pic of my sweet Isabellas feet. With an bird (flying high baby girl) and heart. I miss her so much. She fought a good fight but her little heart just wasnt strong enough. Every night I close my eyes I see her
