What should I make? I'm leaning toward pierogies. It's been too long

I have no idea what a pierogie is

It's like a potato filled pasta shell. They're AMAZING!

its like dough stuffed with cheese and potato, cheese and onion , potato and onion, potato and bacon...etc etc... so good!

i eat them with sourcream, some people fry onions with them...or make a mushroom sauce to poor on top. I just like seasoning salt and sour cream. They are my fav food. But homeade is the way to go.

They're in the freezer section in a blue box. Mrs t's I think? I boil them the toss them on a skillet to brown them lightly. Then I heat up some cheddar cheese soup in a can to dip them in

How do you do them homemade? I always buy them frozen.

I dont ever make them myself...they are a pain in the ass, and never taste as good as grammas haha. Do you not have them at any stores around where you live? Maybe its something that isnt sold there.

I have never done them but watched them be done before you just make the dough...then you make the insides and put a glob on and they have this little thing you put the dough on then the potato and you can squueze together and it makes them...but my grammie just pinches the edges with her fingers, then she precooks them and freezes them so when i cook them i dont even boil them just fry them with a bit of oil
