Ii did after my first baby but I was young so bounced back fast. With my second I gained 60 lbs and lost 40 which left me at around 125-130 lbs. I am 8 weeks pp from my 3rd baby and only5 lbs away from my pre pregnancy weight. The trick is a cegan diet lol (not by choice.) Basically I was a vegetarian to begin with, son had reflux and I am nursing so I cut out dairy. It helped him so I am now just a vegan. Havent gotten much exercise either.
I did! I gained 45 lbs during pregnancy, was back to my prepregnancy weight of 115 lbs when my daughter was 9 months (by breastfeeding alone), and since then I've dropped down to 110 lbs by eating clean (most of the time)
