going to their dads

my kids are only 21 months and 3 months old and the last 2 times they gone to their dads house they have come back sick both times with the flu. I am afraid to let him take them again cause i am always the one to take care of them when they get sick and i hate when their sick. I told him until he cleaned the house from top to bottom the kids werent allowed over there and he cursed me out. Was that wrong of me to do that? all i asked of him was to make sure he cleaned his house really good before the kids went back over there cause i dont want them sick again especially since its only a week until christmas.

If you have a legal custody agreement... then yes, it's wrong of you to do that.

I feel it is wrong of you to say that. The reason being is that I understand that they get sick every time but you wouldn't want him to tell you that. And you can't keep them going over there if you have a child custody order

I don't think its wrong...really. the place needs to be clean for them. Which my ex is good for he is a clean freak like me. LOL but when they take them knowing they are sick with a flu it drives me nuts.

I dont have a child custody order he doesnt even pay child support or anything. I have full custody of them. I just dont think its right that when they go there they are completely healthy and than as soon as they come back there sick as all hell. He lives with his mom and i went over there last weekend and the house was disgusting there was dirty plates everywhere just everything was so gross it looked like they havent cleaned in weeks, and i dont want my kids around that. Plus his mom does crafts and stuff in the spare room and my toddler can easily get in there and there was scissors and safety pins just laying everywhere.

So then tell him he can see them at your house... or not at all. That's what I'd do in that situation.
