How long after....

You have a miscarriage can you drink? I'm so in need of one after the traumatizing miscarriage I went through yesterday morning.

I didn't know you even had to wait.

Well.. It depends.. Did you have a D&C? I had a D&C with my first two miscarriages and could not drink for 24 hours after the surgery because of the anesthesia.. I don't know of anything else besides pain meds that would make you not able to drink if you didn't have a D&C..

Someone told me if you don't it causes you to bleed more when your drunk and you lose more blood . Something like that .

I'm passing everything naturally and I have a doctors appointment Thursday to make sure everything is okay .
