Not sure where to post?

When did you decide you were done having kids?
Or did you just stop?
if you had a hysterectomy at what age did you get it? do you regret it?
Any major side effects?

Id never get one personally my mom and both grandmas have had one due to medical reasons and having that there helps hold the bladder up well my mom and grandmothers have all had to have there bladder retacked because they keep falling out. Dr says its due to the hysterctomy.  

last time I checked you can't just have a hysterectomy...but this is my last baby, I'll be 23 years old..DH is getting a vasectomy and if we choose down the line to have another baby he'll go and get it reversed..that way that baby can be 100% planned..but we both seem pretty adamant on only having 2 kids.

Yep my moms hasnt gotten that far yet but my grandmother keeps bladder infections because everytime she goes she has to shove it back in. Sorry for the tmi. She says its so painful.

O.O holy smurf bricks.

I just had my last child in April 2011. She's my 3rd baby 6th pregnancy and my DH and I decided that she would be our last child. Pregnancy has been extremely hard on my body and we felt it wasn't worth the risks to have another one. I'm also 32 now, and in a few months my kids will be 13 years old, 12 years old, and 2 years old. I went in to have the Essure procedure done in October instead of getting my tubes tied, so when I go in for the follow up if everything has healed properly there should be no more babies in my future.

I want another baby so bad. I have two boys 4 and 6 and would love a girl.   But, i'm getting up there....38.

I would love to have more but DH says absolutely no more. Maybe time will change things but I think 2 will be good for us.
