I mostly just put mine to get my name out there, and let people know who took them.   They're usually pretty subtle when i put them on

I have had a major problem with it here in the last few months!!! I was just gonna switch to (c) Samantha Rogers or my URL until that smurf started.

Seriously, teach me. I want to specialize in newborns but the only one I have had so far, the parents were a nightmare.

newborns are tough! I haven't had any hard parents tho yet, luckily. but mostly all the newborns i have had, have been friends of friends, except for one girls, so maybe that's why

Were you there in the photog thread when I was bitching? That was the one where I was literally not allowed to touch the baby, let alone handle her and pose her.

oh right, yeah i saw that! lol! Ridiculous, there is no way i could even do the session if i couldn't touch the baby.

What? SERIOUSLY? How do they expect you to do your job? OMG. I have 2 newb sessions this weekend and I'd tell them thanks but no thanks if I couldnt touch. lol

When you do newborn sessions do you do a family photo too usually? Or strictly just the baby?

They have been a pain. It's because it was a free session. Never again. Nope. Never.

usually just baby, I ask if they want a few shots at the end of the session, if the baby is still being cooperative, but haven't yet had anyone say they want any. lol.

Okay! Good to know. Almost all of what they wanted was family stuff.

One shoot already asked me to take family ones. Ugh. I always worry about the clarity. But I can choose a different lens at that point I think.
