innotab games

My son is getting a innotab 2 for christmas but I'm not sure what games are good for a almost 3 year old. Any help would be appreciated   Thanks!

My son has the 1st innotab, he is also 3 and i have bought him the cars game and am gonna get the mickey mouse one as well. Depends on how he gets on with things like that. My son is pretty good at navagating my phone and ipod so rekon he will be fine with the games for 4 - 6 years old. Hope this helps a bit x

Get the ones online. They are cheaper to buy. LOL my DD had hers at 3 too. But I bought games for 5-7 years old. They have all kinds Disney games like shrek Mickey cars nemo etc....

Thanks ladies! Can you tell me if they have games online that are the cartridges like mickey mouse so he doesn't have to deal with putting in the cartridges?

I am also looking at jake and the never land pirates, thomas and friends and madagascar 3 games. Do you recommend these?

I just ordered jake and the never land pirates, mickey mouse and thomas and friends games, plus amazon has a sale for learning center download card for $9.34 for a $20 card   so I just grabbed 2! Super excited! Thanks  

Online at the innotab store you can get games for 5 bucks and you download them on the innotab

yay! Then the app card I just got will get him plenty to play   I have been converting movies to put on there too. we just found out we got orders to Boston 2 days ago, so I'm sure this will keep him occupied while we travel!

my girls like spongebob the best out of all of those. also you can put full length movies & music on it.

where did you get the app card? do you save money than just buying the games individually? i got my son one of these the other day!

and are you going to hanscom afb? i used to work at the cdc there -- its very nice if you're thinking of putting your kids in there. we live in the navy yard now in boston ;)

walmart and target sell them. they don't have all the same stuff that the cartridges do, though.

I got the cards on amazon and when I sent my bestie a link for her daughter it went back to 19.99! booooo! I bought the games at the same time as the app card for wicked cheap. under 9 for 2 of them. I was able to convert tons of movies to fit the innotab and I just found out how to make the sound louder through another converter lol. we are going to Hanscom   I think we are going to live off base. do you recommend a area? we are sooo excited about moving. we are in NJ now and have to find someone to rent our house. stressful!

how do you convert movies?

hanscom is really nice. the base housing is really small, and pretty dated... senior enlisted housing is pretty nice though. pretty much any area around hanscom is going to be really nice. BAH is awesome here, im sure its good in NJ too. i think you'll really like it!!! we live in the Harborview in Charlestown. there's a few navy families here. look it up, its super nice. its super yuppie though. our building tried to get the navy yard to stop doing retreat at night,. um yeah that didnt go over so well! none of the cars stop, its really weird. anyway -- let me know if you have any questions -- my kids are4 and 2. how old are yours?

Send me your email and I'll email you how to convert movies to the size specifically for your innotab. I'll put the link for the converter ( free ) and a article on what specs to put in. I'll look at your town, is it far from Hanscom? I have a 2 year old son and a 8 year old daughter. she was sooo sad, crying when we told her about the move but now she can't wait lol. People over here that live in Base housing complain about hearing the guys shooting at the range. smh.
