re: Did I lose my mucus plug after ,my vaginal exam ?.....

i had a rough day yesterday i had a 730 am appointment i was checked 3 times to see how far my cervix was and im at 2 1/2 cm i had consistent contractions 5 to 7 minutes apart i was given a non stress test and bloodwork after coming home i went to sleep . last night around 5 pm i had consistent contractions again 5 mins apart for a few hrs but i was having a really hard time breathing and getting a breath that was enough for me to say i need to find out whats going on to be safe i went back to get assessed my bp had dropped lo my heart rate was up as i had now started to have in consistent contractions 4 to 11 mins apart also my sons heart rate was between 107 and 150 during contractions my son fits back during contractions he doesnt like to be squished anything within his reach was punched and kicked but i was checked 4 more times my cervix remained at 2 1/2 cm my concern was the fact i couldnt breathe i did believe i was having labor i was going to pass out if i couldnt breathe between my son having a fit and the contractions my body was under stress i was monitored and just before midnight was able to go hm i had also had a very large gush before i left hm of blood an mucus but i was checked 3 times that morning so i was to worried but 7 times later you can imagine im still spotting lil heavy they also tested me for a uti i was having trouble emptying my bladder but that would be my cuddle bug laying on my bladder they use a catheter and i was able to get relief
im also having extreme thirst unlike ever before , but still waiting on my baby boy to arrive due 1413

Make sure u drink plenty of water! But was it the same person that checked u. When i was checked they told me i was almost at a 4 when i went to the office they said 2 i think it depends on how big the hands are. Be careful and watch some people dont know what they r doing! Lol

I had four different ppl check my cervix until they put something plastic up there the measure and I was 2 1/2 cm I realized they had no clue quickly

when my sis in law was pregnant they kept checking her in the hospital and kept saying she was only at a 5 i mean this went on for hours.. i told the nurse that she didn't know what she was doing and to get the midwife to come check.. my sis in law was at a 9.. i wanted to kill the nurse!

Yeah I got to the place the last lady was so rough note i was sore I've been checked 6 times and the 7th was to forceful I told all the nurses no one is going back up there unless they're going to pull him out , I wasn't worried about dilating I couldn't get my breath they checked my lungs but I and my mom stressed to them they need to check my heart but they didn't I have always passed out unknown reason why but I turn blue at the eyes an mouth and I'm out cold drs never could figure it out and didn't bother trying to find out .i was pissed they are saying I was in stress but were not listening to me I had them discharge me I went home and ate and went to bed I can rest without everyone asking the same questions I just answered my dr will hear about this hopefully I won't have to go through this again if it were not for the passing out and lo bp I'd consider home birth

wow same thing happen to me.telling me i was 4 when i was 7 and then from that to complete in minutes. sometimes they not right.

one good thing is ,when u do go into labor it will be quick.

12,27th dr appointment update , i am 70% e faced and 2 1/2 cm dilated Also tested positive for leaking fluid but at 12% I'm doing okay monitoring the situation closely Got to see little one On the Ultra sound He looks like the size of a watermelon Also having contractions 5 to 7 minutes a part 5 to 10 minutes apart At my next appointment on January 3rd If I have not given birth by then Induction will be discussed Depending on how the baby is handling everything But so far so good I am progressing..
