Definitely helps! Before I got pregnant I had lost 25 lbs and it was mainly all from the treadmill and healthy / clean eating. I started out by walking first, then did the "Couch 2 5K" program which you can find on your phone as an app, it's amazing! I then started to do "HIIT" which really help shed the fat off me! I can't wait to get back on it, I have about 45 lbs to lose post partum!!
