Treadmill ?

Does using a tread mill really promote weight loss ? I need to loose about 50 lbs I've Lost 13 already on the 30 day shred but I'm wondering if anyone has had any success with a tread mill

When I started actively trying to lose weight, I walked about 2 miles each day and it helped.

Yes. Cardio is awesome for weight loss. Start out walking, then jog and eventually you will be able to run a little

Helped me, I would walk really fast for 20 mins and lift weights I deff sweated and my legs toned...

Definitely helps! Before I got pregnant I had lost 25 lbs and it was mainly all from the treadmill and healthy / clean eating. I started out by walking first, then did the "Couch 2 5K" program which you can find on your phone as an app, it's amazing! I then started to do "HIIT" which really help shed the fat off me! I can't wait to get back on it, I have about 45 lbs to lose post partum!!

The best way to get results on the treamill is interval training.
