What is your ideal size? Can be weight, measurement, a pants or dress size?

Also, anyone ever tried a juice fast? I'm starting one tomorrow !!!

I would love to be a size 5!! I know that I will never be a size 00 again. I am now a size 9/11, depending on the brand. Of course this is unrealistic until may, to even try.

I was happiest at a size 10, I'd like to get back to that.

I would love to be a size 16/18. I've always been plus sized, so I can't imagine myself smaller, but I would feel SO great about myself if I got down to that again!

i am a size 00-0 and although it rocks being "tiny" i am 22 now. I would like to be at least a 1-2 and sadly a butt and hips will never come. Even after having a child.

Honestly, I love something about ever size I am at, I am 5'9 so when I am at like 8-9 my body looks super skinny but my face looks more old because its skinny. So around 11-12 my face is perfect, but my belly is flabby. Honestly I could love any size I am, because I have been able to finally come to terms with how misogynistic beauty standards are. How can we be expected to love our bodies when the skinniest of models have their bodies artificially enhanced on the computer because they are acceptable. When h&m uses a computer body with models faces put on it. This says no matter how good you look, no matter how healthy you are, there is something wrong with your body and it is not attractive until it is enhanced in such way. Its smurfing disgusting,.

I'm content with my body now, but someday I'd love to weigh 135lb and hopefully in a 7/8.

I always like hearing how you view bodies and such. I wish my thought process was like yours sometimes. I just don't ever think I'll have such a viewpoint unfortunatly.

Honestly its very political. It came with lots of time, and a major in women's studies. It was heartbreaking learning about what our society has done to women's views of themselves. Its a hard cycle to escape.

i so agree tantriclemons when i was in high school i hated my body flabby, fat size 16, 220 pound body. i used to pretend i didnt care and would eat very little but once i got home i ate way to much cause i was so hungry. but through the years ive learned how to treat my body right. i love my body at a size 12, im all curves and i think i have a gourgeous hour glass figure. i need to lose 20 more pound becasue i had a baby. but im not bad looking. especially since i know how to dress right for my shape (and my belly).

I am 5ft6in and 133lbs and size 2/4. I felt I looked best when I was 117lbs and a size 0/2. That is my opinion, many of my friends and family disagreed. Like the other mama said though, even at that size I had my fair share of complaints.
