Do you know how to re-size pics?

Could anyone attempt to re-size these two pics and not make them to pixilated?
I would REALLY appreciate it. They are the only two pics I have of him as a baby.

Making it bigger is just gonna make it blurrier. The only way to make it sharper is to make an image smaller.

  That sucks. They were taken on a first generation camera phone. He's almost 7 years old now. I just really want to see his kitten pictures again.
