An abundance of goals to meet...

To start off with I just want to say that I have been cigarette free since the day I found out I was pregnant with my daughter (so since I was about 4ish weeks prego) and she is now 2 weeks and 3 days old. I surprisingly still have urges once in a while and cravings, and I'll catch myself clenching my jaw like I did when I "needed" a cigarette. Still going strong though!
I am 5'5-5'7 depending on if I use a tape measure or go by what the doctors say. The morning that my daughter was born (before I actually had her) I weighed 186 lbs. Before finding out I was pregnant with her, my weighted varied between 135-145. So I wasn't super small but I wasn't really over weight either. I wore jeans that were any where from size 5 to size 9. Today I weighed myself and I am at 169.4 lbs. My goal is to get back to my pre Alexis weight. But my real goal is to get back to my pre Cain weight (my first born, my son) which was 115-125. So far I have only exercised/worked out 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
The hard part for me is to actually get motivated, yes I love seeing the numbers drop. After having my son, I started smoking again and ended up dropping all my pregnancy weight almost immediately, minus the 10-20 lbs. I was about 178-185 when I gave birth to him. So my issue is trying to keep motivated to actually exercise and not take the "easy" way out and just buy a pack of smokes. I have been monitoring my snacking which also makes it hard to not just buy smokes. when I smoked I only ate like 2 times a day and it was usually only one plate full of food and maybe one or 2 snacks in between my 2 meals. So naturally, you don't eat a lot and you will lose weight, smoking curbed my urge to constantly snack.
I haven't just sat on my butt doing nothing while on maternity leave. I have been doing the basic errands, dishes, laundry, sweeping, mopping. as well as chasing my son around the house while taking care of my daughter. So I am hoping that once I go back to work I will be able to lower my urges to smoke (its against company policy and there is no smoking allowed on the grounds) as well as help me lose more weight considering it is a factory. Exercising is hard and I just started doing it the other day and so far I have done it every other day.
How long did it take you ladies to lose your baby weight or are you still going? What exercises have you found that work the best for you? I mainly need to work on my stomach and thighs, everything else is ok... Maybe a little butt lifting would be nice too lol
