Welcome to the world, Charlotte!

A little late, but I just got home from the hospital this afternoon and wasn't feeling up to posting while I was there.. but Charlotte Lacy Pasquill was born Friday morning at 7:35 weighing in at 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long. I wish I had an incredible, interesting birth story to tell but I really don't. This was my second c-section and things went very smoothly! They gave me the epidural, took me into the OR and in about 30 minutes I met the love of my life. I will say that this CS was a much better experience as last time. I was able to breast feed about 15 minutes after she was born and so far so great! She is latching like a boss and I absolutely love the bonding we're having. The pain is also a little less fierce as my first time around but it still sucks. So worth it though. It's amazing, I never thought I could love someone as much as my son but good grief was I wrong. She completes our little family and I love her to pieces. Here's a few pictures!

It's so bizarre! I had a feeling they would look similar but I had no idea they'd look identical! I put a picture of my son when he was born next to hers and you can hardly tell them apart..

Oh wow... that's eerie lol. I don't think I've ever seen Siblings look that similar. But they are both cuties!

I love how much he loves her. He stayed with my MIL for 2 nights while I was in the hospital. He normally loves staying there but she said every night he told her he wanted to stay at the hospital with "his" baby. I hope it stays this way!
And yes, I am so glad bf is going so smoothy. I will say I had some latching problems early on (my fault, not hers) but I've got it down now and she's doing really good.
