Well, I can't speak for you personally, but I went from being 115 pre pregnancy to 220 pp, and when I lost all the weight, and then starting seeing definition in my stomach and legs again, I really started feeling amazing about myself and how hard I had worked! Maybe when you start seeing changes in your body, your self image will also change!
