Honestly, if my kids had school on Friday, they wouldn't be going. I don't trust all the half cocked crazy smurfs who think the world is going to end. We're going to sit in our house with doors locked watching movies and baking cookies.

If you're paranoid, so am I. I took the day off work so I could stay home and keep my kids inside. Hah.

I don't think you're crazy. My son and I won't be going anywhere on Friday. Call me paranoid I don't care.

Sera will be in school on Friday and M and I will be with her. Her class is having a party. I'm not really concerned about any crazies since I live in a semi controlled environment.

I think you should do what you're comfortable with.

Well, obviously I am not alone. I thought I would be the only one worried more about people going crazy than the world actually ending!   I'm just gonna keep her home, I'll be a smurfing fruit cake by the end of the day if I don't.

We are staying in and locking the doors too. Too many freaking crazy people. DH just bought a bunch of shot gun shells too incase someone does something stupid. The news should be interesting Friday night.

I'm honestly debating on keeping my son home too, but I know my husband will think I'm nuts. We live in a small down with very little crime, but still.

Yeah, probably. I just hope we're all proven wrong and nobody goes out and does anything too bad. After everything that happened with all those innocent kids, the last thing we need is another big tragedy.

We live in a small town too and there isn't really a lot of crime that goes on around here, but I still worry like crazy.  

I would maybe consider keeping my daughter home but they're having a thing called the Polar Express day at school where they wear pjs and watch the movie. And I know she would really upset if she missed it. Plus she hasn't missed a single day so I would hate for her to miss.
