Question about the "baby dropping"

The reason I had my csection a year ago is because baby wasn't ready and never dropped. I could not push him out he was so far up there
Now I am so paranoid for my next pregnancy! I had no problem dilating and effacing.... Did your 2nd baby end up dropping if you're 1st didnt?
