What about these options:
Reina (queen- Spanish origin)
Raina (a common variation of the above name)
Rayna (counsel; song- Scandinavian/Israeli origins)
all of them pronounced like 'ray-nah'/'rain-na'

If u don't like these, I'd recommend just going with 'Rain'

Good choice. Melody Rain is a wonderful name.

My friend has a baby name Rori Rayne and I dislike it. It kinda sounds hippy-ish to me. Either way though, you do what you think it best for you and your baby. Just b/c I don't like it too much don't let it stop you from naming her what you want.
