I would say superglue over her nail beds but she might pick at them even more with that on.

How old is she? That's a great idea but not piratical if she has to go to daycare/school

no im a stay at home mom and she will be 4 in january. but she will be home schooled anyways.

I do the same thing, have for years now. I havent found a way to stop its a habit.

I have this problem. Have for as long as I can remember. I will pick until they bleed. I notice I do it more when I'm nervous or stressed or bored. It's a habit I literally can not break.
