What's your favorite non-traditional holiday cookie?

I consider the following tradition...in my household anyway...

chocolate chip
oatmeal/oatmeal raisin
peanut butter/hershey kiss
snickerdoodles
butterhorns
chocolate krinkles.

that's my next stop! Just thought if someone had a tried and true recipe for a good cookie, it'd be better than testing them all out myself! haha <--- lazy!

LOOOVE THOSE! i think they are called buckeyes? but i call them peanut butter balls lol dont like making them much. but they are super yummy and pretty easy to make! LOOVE THEM! <3

My thumbprint cookies.

I have a picture of them on my profile, but they are now all over pinterest.

But I am 99% sure the only reason I get invited to Xmas parties is cause I bring those cookies, lol

No secret. The pinterest ones are basically the same. Except I sub cashews and I think they are WAY better that way!

That sounds so much better than pecans! What brand of caramel do you use? Whethers? However it's spelled.

I don't know if they have them everywhere, but here we have individually wrapped Kraft brand caramels. They seem to melt the best

Those look amazing!! I made some thumbprint cookies this weekend but they were NOTHING compared to those!
