I like to make mine in juicy Lucy form (with cheese in the middle instead of on the outside)

Sometimes I use onion soup mix, just put it right in with the meat and massage it in.

Sometimes I make them a way that is so bad for you, but they are so good, I just make regular burgers and put lots of soy sauce and worstershire sauce in with it, and a few slices of jalapeno peppers

I seriously cannot make burgers, they ALWAYS stink! My husband and I have been together for 6.5 years and I have yet to make good burgers   I have tried different kinds of meat, different recipes & techniques and none of them turn out good. I wih someone could teach me :-/

I add a little bit of pepper flakes tiny bit of brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Maybe sound weird to most but I love it.

I just put whatever I feel like lol. Usually some garlic powder, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onions, and mustard. I don't always add all of these and sometimes I add other things.

I've used all kinds of cheese. It doesn't matter what cheese you use but American is my favorite. For each patty make 2 thin (you don't want them thick because when you cook them they do bulk up) patties and break up cheese slices to put in the middle and then seal the edges until you are confident that all the cheese won't ooze out while cooking (and most of the time some cheese will escape!)

My husband's favorite is with that onion mix and then stuffed with brick sharp cheddar. I like just the plain meat just a bit of salt and cheese   And lots of veggies of course.
