I REALLY need your opinions..

I had a c-section on Monday, a week ago. My bleeding has never really been too bad and it's been getting less and less every day. Well, last night I started bleeding heavier than I have been since the surgery. Also, my incision has hard knots under it that are tender to the touch. And last night when I was laying on my left side, all I could feel was a burning and tugging sensation on the left side of my lower abdomen..about 2 inches about my incision(where the skin is still numb)..If I pushed on the skin, the pain got worse.

Do you think my incision could be infected or my uterus could have opened up a little? Is this worth calling my OB about or is this normal?

I would call just in case, but the bleeding this is normal, Mine changed daily, also the knots where the incision is I had as well. I asked the dr about it at my 6 week appt, and he just said it is the scar tissue. Mine went away by about 2 months

Yes, the bleeding sounds normal. Mine would get light and then gush heavy again and back and forth for several weeks. The other sensation I don't know about though, sorry!
