6w PP episiotomy problems

So like i said 6W pp and my episiotomy scar has opened up. I went to my Dr and he said he "thinks" it will close on its own but my other DR (they are partners visit one and the next time the other) says hes not to sure it will heal correctly with out stitches. Anyone else have this kind of problems?

Mine was from a natural tear, but the stitches came out only a few days PP. I went to my doc office and the doc that saw me said it was too delicate of an area to attempt re-stitching. He said that it would heal on it's own. Well, it didn't..

The tear was on my inner labia and it never healed back together. It gave me problems til I delivered my second child 18 months later. After the delivery my midwife attempted to fix it and tried to cut the piece that was just hanging, but because of swelling she only made it worse.

I finally got my insurance to cover the procedure to have it fixed. But of course, the damn stitches came out about a week or two after. The surgeon was able to stitch it again, but it's still not perfect.

I know it's different areas, but have it fixed if you can! I had a perineal tear that was painful for almost 2 years.

I had an episiotomy but i tore almost to my rectum. It was painful. Some days i go to the restroom and there is blood coming from the tear. it came open toward the middle of the scar. I hope i can get it fixed it hurts sometimes but others it feels fine. When i sit down sometimes it feels like its going to just come apart even more. ughhh

I'm not exactly sure how far my perineal tear went, but it hurt so bad   It was tender for 2 years. Does it still burn when you pee? I had to use the numbing spray L&D gave me for a good month or so. I believe it's called Dermoplast.

I have some but it doesnt seem to work it just makes it burn more. It does hurt wen i pee sometimes but not always its like it starts to heal then splits again

Oh no   I'm sorry. Definitely express it to your OB. They should really see if there is anything they can do.

If they would agree on the same solution i think it would help! lol!
