Induction at 5 am

I go in for an induction at 5 am; not my first but what the dr told me has me a little concerned. I have gestational diabetes and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, I am 37 weeks but she said that the baby may have RDS (respiratory Distress Syndrome) and that its caused my Diabetes. My diabetes have been well managed with regular fastings and post meal readings. Anyone else experience this?
