What to do while you wait for baby ...

So after Christmas ill own a Kindle Fire which im excited about but im wondering if its a good idea to bring to the hospital? I have usually brought my laptop in past labors but rarely used it and found it to be in the way with all the commotion. The only time ill think ill use it is waiting to dilate to ten. What are some of you other mamas thinkin you will do to pass the time?

idk... I'd say if you think you'll be there long enough to bring a kindle or computer... hang out at home longer (unless you're being induced)

Exactly why I was asking if she was being induced or not  

Well from what i know it will be natural although my last child i was induced. Im thinking it will be a good idea to have it just hoping im not in a ton of pain so i can use it lol. But afterwards im having my tubes tied. This is my third child and im done. Everyone thinks im too young to do it but i just dont want anymore children after this. Two girls and a boy are good to me.

I personally wouldn't bring it. You most likely won't end up using it and it will be just one more thing for you to remember to bring home. Just relax at home for as long as possible.

Agree because i always feel so stressed already with all the things you remember to take home for the baby and gifts. I have an ipod maybe Thats better to bring ...

Yeah and focus on the pushing to come! How do you ladies feel about tubal ligation? (Tieing your tubes)
