Quoting Devil's Advocate:" When I worked at Rent-A-Center as a collections manager, yes. I was terrified. I would go to some horrible neighborhoods alone to try to take someone's TV back. I was sure I'd get shot."

Did you do it in Dayton? I hated going there, scared the crap out of me. I only went there for a dragons game, MVH, childrens, or sinclair. Theres some super scary neighborhoods there

Quoting cookie monster (a and p):" DH is a lineman and works with power around the mines. Yes, his job scares me."

Yeah, that is definitely scary! My DH is an engineering tech, so he troubleshoots electronics all day. He's always getting shocked. Fortunately, it's never been enough to seriously harm him.

Yeah but a parent can usually get through security easily. Especially if there is no court order that they can't see their child. We legally have to let them.

I can't imagine having a job and being scared to go to work every day. Although, I agree that being a SAHM is scary lol. I can honestly say that when my 6 month old starts to move in her crib and make tiny 'awake' noises at night, it strikes fear into my heart followed by non-religious praying that she goes back to sleep.

It only scares me because we handle money.
I do the financing and clerical work for a furniture store. People have called and given threats over a 200 dollar table with a scratch on it

I've made calls to customers who told me they were going to rip my eyes out.
People are psycho

Yes! I had customers off of Ghettysburg -___-

Now I still get nervous at school because I go to MJCC and take night classes. It's right by the stadium. I smurfing hate Dayton.

I'm a newborn photographer at a hospital.
I only get a little scared when I get off late and I have to walk to my car in the dark. There have been incidents at the hospital before with gangs and stuff a long time ago but never in that area. There was one time there was a crazy dad and it was a little scary going in the room with him. After I got finished about 30mins later they had to call security on him.

When I worked for this computer company I was afraid of being raped by my boss (he liked to touch the employees - including me - frequently). When I was a nanny it was scary because I was afraid of the baby not waking up. I almost broke down when I had to watch her when she had a bad fever.
(I'm always worrying about kids.)
When I worked at the Gap I was afraid of customers yelling at me.
When I worked at Old Navy, I was afraid of being robbed (high-theft store).
Now, as I housewife, I just fear for my husband. I'm afraid he won't come home one day.

I don't fear death, though. I've accepted one day I'm going to die and I can't do anything to prevent it.

Not really... I work in a restaurant in a casino. Although, mixing alcohol and people losing money can make for some scary people and I do worry that someday someone will lose everything and go on a shooting rampage or something.
