coupons and meal planning

Okay so recently i started couponing and realized there is so much money to be saved if done correctly and wisely. I mainly shop at kroger and ad the e-coupons directly to my kroger card from my phone. I also shop at walmart and aldi's on occasion. I was wondering for those of you that coupon, what sites do you get yours from rather than in the circulars.

Also if you do weekly or biweekly meal planning, what dinner ideas do your plans consist of and how do you save money while planning?

I see what's on sale, then look on pinterest for meal ideas
